MYK offers nationwide delivery across Pakistan, ensuring our kids’ clothing
reaches customers in all cities and regions.

To provide secure and timely delivery, we work with reliable courier
services, including:
● Leopard Courier (Fast delivery)
● PostEx (Allow to open)
● Tranzo (Lahore\Faisalabad)
Courier selection depends on location and service availability.
Delivery Timeline
● Lahore:
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually delivered the same day or
within 48 hours.
● Other Cities:
Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days.
● Remote Areas:
Delivery may take longer depending on accessibility.Delivery timelines may vary during sales, peak seasons, public holidays, or
unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
● Orders below Rs. 3,000: Flat delivery charge of Rs. 200
● Orders above Rs. 3,000: Free shipping
Shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before order
confirmation.
Order Processing
● Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday).
● Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the
next working day.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared via email or
message so you can easily track your shipment.
Packaging Quality
All orders are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
If you receive a damaged parcel, please contact us immediately.
Lost or Missing Orders
If a parcel is lost or not received, please notify us within 7 days of the
expected delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue
